Procount Bookkeeping Services is a small company based in Guildford providing all aspects of bookkeeping to clients throughout the South East.
Our aim is to provide a fast, efficient & professional service to small businesses and soletraders, the service is designed to be cost effective, enabling clients to focus their time and energy on their business and not the paperwork.
If you already have an accountant we are happy to work with them to provide you the best possible service.
Our service is designed with you in mind, we ask you to collect together all your invoices, receipts and bank statements over the quarter in a box. We will then collect the box on a date agreed or if you wish you can post the information to us. All the data will be processed and any important documents returned to you.
We can then provide you with a range of reports on request including, customer & supplier accounts information, cash flows and forecasting.
Our bookkeeping services including purchase and sales ledger, VAT returns, payroll, bank reconciliations, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet. Fixed monthly charges available on request. Procount are also happy to work for Accountants wishing to outsource their bookkeeping services while still charging the clients directly. For your convenience we use Sage 50 Client Manager and MYOB.
